The Story of Mulan
木蘭的故事
1．Hua Mulan was not like other girls.She liked to run, jump, and climb trees.
花木蘭不像其他的女孩兒。她喜歡跑、跳和爬樹。
2．One day, some soldiers came to Mulan's village."One man in every family has to be a soldier, "they said."We need a lot of soldiers for the war." Mulan was worried.Her father was old.
一天，一些士兵來到了木蘭的村子。“每個(gè)家庭必須有一個(gè)男人去當(dāng)兵。”他們說，“我們需要很多士兵打仗。”木蘭很擔(dān)心。他的父親老了。
3．That night, Mulan cut her hair.Then she looked like a boy.She jumped onto her horse and rode away.
那天晚上，木蘭剪掉了她的頭發(fā)。這樣她看起來像一個(gè)男孩兒。她跳上了馬并且騎馬離開。
4．Mulan worked hard, and she was a good soldier.After 12 years, the war ended.Mulan was a hero.She went home.
木蘭表現(xiàn)得很努力，她成為了一位好士兵。12年后，戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束了。木蘭成了英雄。她回家了。
5．She came back to her village and saw an old woman."Mulan? Is that you? "the old woman asked.Mulan cried."Yes, Mother! I'm home!"
她回到了村子，看到了一位老婦人。“木蘭？是你嗎？”這個(gè)老婦人問。木蘭哭了：“是的，母親！我回家了！”
